About Pearl Young

Pearl Young took her first baby steps in the remote valley of Wainiha on Kauai’s north shore, where she grew up. As a former Miss Teen Kauai, she never let humble beginnings hold back her ambitions. Starting kindergarten at Hanalei School, Pearl’s drive and intelligence shone early. By the time she reached her freshman year at Kapaa High School, she had surpassed her classmates by skipping her last three years of high school and heading straight to college!

Pearl’s pursuit of excellence took her across the globe to the University of Winchester in England, where she earned a scholarship. After graduating, she taught at Auckland University in New Zealand, sharing her knowledge and passion for learning. Following nearly a decade of traveling the world, Pearl returned home to her beloved island of Kauai.

Since becoming a licensed real estate salesperson in Hawaii in 2010, Pearl has risen to become one of Kauai’s top realtors. Renowned for her exceptional marketing skills and her strength as a listing agent and buyers agent, she has sold millions of dollars worth of real estate on the island. With over 15 years of experience, Pearl is respected for her professionalism, integrity, and deep local knowledge.
